Reservations and conditions
Reservation:
We will send you confirmation of your reservation which will also
be your bill, within 2 weeks. we would ask you in the case of a specific
site or request to make it at the time of booking but we cannot quarantee
that we will be able to oblige. At this time also you should make the
booking for any of the supplements available, i.e. the baby package.
Payment:
After
receipt of the confirmation of your reservation, you can expect a delay of
two weeks after you should send 25 % of the fee, a minimum of 100 Euros,
the rest will be payable six weeks before you arrive. If you do not pay
beforehand we have the right to cancel your reservation.
Changes:
A
change to reservtion is not always possible especially in the high season.
In case of a change of lenght of the stay the same condition will apply.
If you wish to stay for alonger period you would pay the requested above
at the time.
Cancellation
by you: All
cancellations must be notified in writing. The costs of cancellation is: 8
weeks before arrival 25% of location costs (minimum 100 €),
between 4 & 8 weeks before arrival 50% of location fee (minimum 100
€), between 28 days to arrival day, payment is full. If you arrive later
than booked or if the stay is cutailed, you will have to pay the full cost. Cancellation by us: If we cannot provide you with your request for accommodation we will provide a similar alternative without any increase in price. Otherwise we will refund the total cost within 2 weeks. If we have to cancel your booking 2 weeks before arrival we will reimburse an extra 10% for the inconvenience caused. Responsibilities:
We are not responsible for damage to your possessions, theft, damage to
property, loss of possessions or loss of mony and unforeseen circumstances
